Welcome to EW Flower. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and services provided by EW Flowers via our website.
1.2 By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have the permission of a parent/guardian to use our services.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 All orders are subject to availability. We will confirm your order via email.

2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our accepted payment methods.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed.

3. Deliveries

3.1 We deliver to the addresses specified during checkout. Please provide accurate delivery details.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, courier delays).
3.3 For funeral arrangements, we require the date and time of the service, and we coordinate delivery with the undertaker.
3.4 If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect information, the customer may be liable for any additional charges.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Standard orders: You may cancel your order within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours, only 50% of the payment will be refunded unless we are able to fill your space/order.
4.2 Workshop bookings: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive 50% refund unless your place can be filled.
4.3 Perishable items such as flowers cannot be returned once delivered, except in the case of a fault or error on our part.

5. Custom and Bespoke Orders

5.1 Bespoke arrangements and workshop designs are created according to the details provided by the customer.
5.2 While we aim to match descriptions, actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability of flowers or natural materials.

6. Liability

6.1 EW Flower is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
6.2 We take care to ensure all products are fresh and of high quality. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Workshops

7.1 Children are welcome at designated workshops only if accompanied by a paying adult.
7.2 All workshop materials and guidance are provided; participants are responsible for following safety instructions.
7.3 Refunds and cancellations follow the policy in section 4.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of EW Flowers and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

9.1 By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

10. Governing Law
