Catchment Area

We deliver to the following areas:
Hebburn, Monkton, Primrose, Bede, Fellgate, Hedworth, Boldon Colliery, Simonside, Biddick, Westoe, Horsley Hill, Harton, Cleadon Park, Cleadon, West Boldon, Marsden, Whitburn.

Standard flower deliveries: £4.99
Wedding and event flower deliveries: starting from £9.99, depending on location
On special occasions, we may open collection points, allowing you to pick up your arrangement with no delivery fee

Delivery Times

Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 pm
Delivery window: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, unless otherwise specified or agreed
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery

Leaving an Order

At checkout, please provide:

A safe place to leave your order, or
Details of a neighbour who can accept it

If no instructions are given, we will attempt to find a safe place and leave a card. We will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After this, orders will need to be collected from us.

Please note: We are unable to offer a refund or change the delivery day once an order has been dispatched or a delivery attempt has been made.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund of the order, excluding the delivery fee
This is because we may have specially ordered flowers for your arrangement that cannot be recovered

Orders & Issues

If you are unhappy with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will respond within 24–48 hours to resolve the issue.
